Elizabeth Arduain

Elizabeth Arduain is celebrating her 16th year as a full time REALTOR® in     Lubbock. She is committed to keeping herself fully educated on top of the line technology for her profession. Her designations place her within a small   percentage of REALTORS® nationwide. Whether she is counseling with the buyers on the A B C's of buying a home (beginning with qualifying for a home, finding the right home, closing on the loan and moving in), or working with sellers on the current market value of their home and best marketing strategies, she always remembers "it’s all about YOU"!

Before being an active REALTOR® at Keller Williams Realty and The Diamond Group, Elizabeth worked with many builders as a New Home Specialist and Builders Representative. She has experienced creating developments from planning to complete sell out.    Elizabeth has been married to Roger Arduain for 36 years.  They are very proud parents of their son Alan.  Who is an engineering student at Texas Tech University.  Elizabeth is very active in our community and firmly believes she owes her community a payback for allowing her to be a successful businesswoman. She is a member of The West Texas Museum Association and enjoys helping children achieve through the arts and sciences.  She is an active member of the National Association of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors, and Lubbock Association of Realtors.  She has sat on many committees and especially enjoys teaching and learning about new and innovative methods to be a betterbusinesswoman.
